If you are visiting Portugal in this season, you can't miss out a 'Magusto', a traditional celebration with roasted chestnuts, and new wine.
Tendais is organizing a whole fair around their Magusto, with local, seasonal products.
There's music, and two nights with a traditional dance ball (baile) and you can make a reservation to join for lunch or dinner.
And of course lots of roasted chestnuts!
